During my time at Delhaize, I worked as a Digital Designer in the e-commerce team, shaping the visual experience of Delhaize.be. My role spanned campaign production, design systems, and accessibility standards.
I designed and delivered digital banners for online (app & web), CRM, marketing, and in-store touchpoints. Alongside this, I built and maintained a Figma component library used by junior webmasters to speed up production and ensure visual consistency. I also developed dedicated guidelines — one to keep all banners WCAG-compliant, and another for the BlueConic project — giving teams clear, practical frameworks to follow.
By combining data-driven insights from Adobe Analytics and ContentSquare with close collaboration across marketing, CRM, and product teams, I helped ensure every asset was on-brand, accessible, and optimised for performance.
